Profile Detail

Alan Banov, an honors graduate of George Washington University National Law Center, worked for the National Labor Relations Board for 8 years and started his law firm in 1980. For almost 40 years he practiced employment and labor law. Most of his cases involved various sorts of discrimination in the workplace. He was recognized as a very good employment lawyer and was twice elected President of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association. In his practice he learned that settlements, sometimes before litigation, were the best course for his clients.
